After the careful selection of the finest ingredients, the traditional process of macerating all of the different fruits, herbs and plants separately begins, a process unique to the INDI & CO Mixers.
This maceration process goes on for several weeks in order to extract all the soluble components. The result is a rich concentrate which our master blender distills in century-old alembic stills. The distillation process is done very gently and incredibly slowly, a technique known as “au bain-marie” as in cooking, in order to extract all of the volatile elements in essential oils.
This is why our INDI & CO Mixers contain all of the original aromas and flavours without changing the natural properties of each ingredient.
To complete this unique production process the concentrates obtained from the distilling process are combined with fresh fruit juices, sugars and purified water to make totally natural, balanced mixers.
